Synopsis

Upon landing, the arrival of suspicious luggage prompts the deployment of Federal Revenue agents. The Commissioner is intercepted carrying unapproved pharmaceuticals. During hold x-ray screening, a suitcase displaying unusual imagery is directed to the Restricted Area.
