Synopsis

A commotion arose at the arrivals terminal with the arrival of passengers from Manaus. The sheer volume of their possessions necessitated the activation of three tax agencies for inspection, all focused on a single traveler's belongings. Simultaneously, Ibama officials took measures to prevent the illicit export of native plant life.
