Synopsis

Venturing from Paris into the heart of the Ile-de-France, we step into the opulent world of France’s royalty and aristocracy, a realm of lavishness enjoyed by the nation’s elite before the Revolution. Our journey includes Versailles, Europe's most magnificent palace; the exquisite Vaux-le-Vicomte; and Fontainebleau, a residence that has witnessed centuries of French history. We will also admire the stained glass and sculptures of Chartres Cathedral and partake in feasts worthy of kings.
