Synopsis

Munich, a city where a refined appreciation for life flourishes, offers vibrant markets and opulent Baroque palaces. Here, office workers find respite surfing the currents of the Isar River. Venturing into the foothills of the Alps, we explore the fantastical castles of King Ludwig II, and ascend to Germany's highest peak, the Zugspitze. From there, we cross into Tyrol to discover a stark, ruined castle.
