Synopsis

Our royal tour of London begins with the spectacle of red-coated guards at Buckingham Palace. Traveling by double-decker buses, black taxis, and the Underground, we make a brief visit to the Houses of Parliament in Westminster and explore Churchill’s underground war rooms—a palpable journey back to World War II. Following an encounter with the figures who have defined Britain at the Portrait Gallery, we take a cruise along the River Thames to the formidable Tower of London.
