Synopsis

For over two decades, Mark Mariani battled Crohn’s disease. In the autumn of 2010, news of medical breakthroughs offered a renewed sense of hope for a more fulfilling life. To mark this occasion, he visited his favorite country bar. The next morning, his family received a call from the police. Mark had been discovered deceased in a parking lot in northwest Calgary.
