The discovery of a torso adrift in Oshawa Harbour brought a wave of dread to the Hache family. It soon became agonizingly clear that the remains belonged to their 18-year-old daughter, Rori, who had been missing. But the initial shock deepened when a local plumber reported a disturbing obstruction in a drain – a substance described as disturbingly flesh-like.
