Synopsis

The inexplicable death of a surfer draws Detectives Simmons and Yates into a perplexing investigation. It is Ellis, however, who takes the initiative, acquiring a board and immersing himself in the surfing world, adopting a tactic reminiscent of Max's methods of concealment.
