Synopsis

This is the first segment of a two-part exploration into the formative years of Juan Ponce Enrile. Born Juanito Furagganan, he endured a childhood marked by hardship, a consequence of his father’s absence. His life began to shift with the opportunity for education, but those nascent aspirations were abruptly curtailed by the outbreak of the Second World War.
