Synopsis

Pampered and utterly devoted to her father, Anghel, Sandra holds no affection for her mother, Cora, whom she secretly despises for her illiteracy. Their world shatters with the impending loss of Anghel. Suddenly burdened with the care of their family, Cora takes on the guise of a beggar to survive, striving to connect with her daughter despite Sandra's indifference.
