Synopsis

Isabel finds little that causes her more anguish than witnessing her mother's indifference to her ailing father, a devotion traded for the attention of a younger man whose gaze lingers too long. To flee the suffocating atmosphere of her home, Isabel accepts a nursing internship in a remote province, where she encounters someone who offers a glimmer of hope. Yet, can she truly forge a new existence when her very being is rooted in a landscape of sorrow?
