Synopsis

In their unassuming suburban home in Pennsylvania, Kevin and Joanne Dowling diligently record their children’s milestones on videotape. But when a woman is fatally shot in a neighboring town, and Kevin becomes the suspect, his destiny rests upon the footage captured by that very home video camera.
