Synopsis

The Kalkalpen National Park of Austria represents the Alps' most extensive expanse of untouched wilderness, though it has not always been so. Once a region of significant logging and mining, these industries ceased operations over twenty years ago. *Forest of the Lynx*, a three-year endeavor, documents life within this isolated landscape, exploring the intricate relationships between flora, fauna, insects, and trees.
