Synopsis

Namibian carnivore specialist Dr. Philip Stander is studying the growing lion population within the Namib Desert. His work illuminates the distinctive nature of these apex predators, while also addressing their most significant obstacle: the conflict with local communities who perceive them as a danger to livestock.
