Synopsis

Eden, a town on Australia's southeastern coast, embraces the shores of Twofold Bay. Once a vital hub for the nation's whaling industry, its location benefited from the northward migration of baleen whales from Antarctica. But the town’s whalers, locals recount, enjoyed an unexpected form of assistance – from orcas, or killer whales, who patrolled the waters just beyond the harbor.
