Synopsis

Along the Alaskan coast, Steller's sea lions are a vibrant presence – powerful yet playful, often boisterous in their terrestrial interactions, they transform into creatures of sublime grace when immersed in the ocean. Yet, they are also entangled in a perplexing and sorrowful enigma: these sea lions are vanishing with alarming speed from one of the planet’s most significant wild places, and the cause of their decline remains unknown.
