Synopsis

With Kwanzaa approaching, Jesse Palmer challenges the bakers to create desserts showcasing the vibrant flavor of fresh corn for a celebratory display. In the Main Heat, the contestants prepare for a culinary journey, each adding their unique touch to international holiday treats—from Filipino leche flan and Japanese Christmas cake to Puerto Rican guava rolls. Ultimately, judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman, and Carla Hall will decide which baker will be eliminated from the competition.
