Synopsis

On this episode, host Jesse Palmer challenges ten bakers to showcase a nut or seed in a festive holiday dessert. Afterward, the contestants will spin a wheel to reveal a key holiday component – whether it be a warming spice, plump dried fruit, or a splash of holiday spirits – that they must incorporate into otherwise unexpected creations, such as icebox cakes or fruit tarts. Judges Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman, and Carla Hall will determine which bakers successfully master this seasonal twist.
