Synopsis

The scent of autumn hangs in the air, and with it comes the quintessential apple cider doughnut. In the initial challenge, Jesse Palmer tasks the eight bakers with crafting a dozen spiced apple cider doughnuts, each adorned with seasonal motifs. Next, they must reimagine the traditional holiday yule log as a celebratory Thanksgiving roll cake, and the judges – Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman, and Lorraine Pascale – will determine which creation falls short of the mark.
