Synopsis

The staff of Peace Village International frequently travel to regions afflicted by crisis. There, they bring children who suffer from illnesses or injuries severe enough to be fatal in their native lands. At present, the majority of these young patients—primarily those aged two to ten—are from Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and Angola, arriving in Oberhausen for care provided by volunteer physicians and support staff.
