Synopsis

Hoeru falls suddenly ill and is taken to Bakugami Hospital, a facility operated by Ryugi's father, Ryuto. There, the Gozyugers encounter Ryugi, who had vanished. Hoeru is overjoyed to see him again, but Ryugi has followed his father into a different path, becoming a changed person. Just then, Doctor No. 1 makes an appearance at Bakugami Hospital! As Doctor No. 1 prepares to begin an operation, the Gozyugers arrive… and Rei, bearing the Gozyu Tyranno ring, is with them as well!
