As the Lights of Ginga illuminate the sky, Budoh’s newest Majin general casts a slumber over the town and its inhabitants. With his team incapacitated, Ryoma finds himself compelled to unravel the mystery of this power, forced to confront the threat alone, even as Bull Black and his convictions present an obstacle.
