Synopsis

Jack tracks down the man responsible for fabricating the audio evidence, but his attempts to dismantle him are undermined by Sherry Palmer, whose involvement in the conspiracy proves a formidable obstacle. Meanwhile, Kim returns to the Matheson residence, only to find her troubles have only deepened. Palmer seeks an accomplice, someone who can assist in transmitting a message to CTU. Tony and Michelle neutralize Chappelle, who is actively impeding their efforts to aid Jack.
