Synopsis

While Kim attempts to persuade the police to contact CTU, Jack uncovers a startling truth about the deserted field housing the power grid: beneath the surface lies a clandestine government prison. And the prisoner scheduled for arrival that very night is Victor Drazen himself – the man Jack believed he had killed two years prior. Now, Jack suspects Victor's sons are on their way to orchestrate his escape.
