Synopsis

Meldred, fifteen years old, was brought urgently to the accident and emergency department after being stabbed in the thigh by an unknown assailant while walking to school. Sports commentator Andy presented with an inflamed ankle marked by areas of bruising and a rash. Eleven-year-old Penelope had sustained an injury to her finger during an incident on the playground.
