Synopsis

Rose sold the building, and shortly after, a relative of Lester’s friends arrived for a visit. She was staying with the Jenkinses, much to their exasperation. To everyone’s surprise, she secured a position as the building manager. The firm that purchased 227 intended to demolish it, prompting considerable anger from the tenants directed at Rose for having sold the property. However, Eva unearthed original sheet music by John Philip Sousa, and subsequently the building was designated a histori
