It requires patience to see this through until the finish, because the payoff is significant. What’s truly disappointing is that they've decided not to do a second season. This show had so much potential! The visuals are stunning and the narrative is exceptionally detailed. The characters also feel very real—the acting is superb. It’s frustrating how promising programs get cut short, while lesser shows manage to run for many years :O(
