While _Zootopia_ relies on some familiar storytelling devices that aren’t to my taste, it's hard to argue with how well it accomplishes its goals. This animated film for families manages to amuse viewers of all ages and present a significant message without sacrificing an enjoyable story—a feat not often seen in animation beyond Pixar’s work. Even Pixar has stumbled occasionally recently. _Final rating:★★★½ - I definitely suggest finding time to watch it._
