This movie isn’t good; it’s a forgettable film with only occasional laughs that can’t redeem it. Zookeeper tells the story of an insecure guy searching for romance, but he just keeps making mistakes. The storyline is easy to figure out early on...and you will be correct in your assumptions because everything about it feels very obvious. The movie relies heavily on crude and unsophisticated jokes alongside slapstick comedy that doesn't always work, though there are a few instances where something is actually amusing. However, these moments are outnumbered by scenes where the film seems desperate to elicit laughs, with jokes that are too silly or characters who are embarrassing to watch. Several of the people in this movie are just plain irritating, and as you spend more time watching them, the whole thing becomes a tedious obligation. It doesn’t have much appeal for grown-ups, and considering all the inappropriate humor, profanity, and offensive language it contains, I wouldn't recommend it to kids either. This one is definitely going into my “no” pile.
