The film’s craftsmanship is undeniable, yet it doesn't quite come together as a whole. It's genuinely challenging to craft zombie stories that work well because sustaining the feeling of dread during a widespread disaster requires juggling numerous elements. While this isn't a poor effort, it falls short when compared to films like Train to Busan—a Korean zombie movie I suggest checking out. The fight sequences feel unnecessary and some of the actors don’t quite measure up. Despite its visual appeal and technical skill, I can’t endorse it.
