Among similar films released directly to video, this one isn’t awful, featuring some decent action sequences and firefights. There's an explosion that, despite using computer-generated imagery, wasn’t noticeably poor, alongside a commendable turn from Michael Rooker. However, Bruce Willis delivers yet another performance lacking in emotion, seemingly motivated by financial gain, as does John Malkovich who appears to have only around five minutes of screen time, and Olga Kurylenko's dialogue delivery is subpar. The production also exhibited signs of low quality, including notably poor Automated Dialogue Replacement—particularly affecting Willis’s scenes—and a visible camera reflection during one shot.
