A worthwhile viewing experience that I’d happily repeat and suggest to others. This is an amusing romantic comedy centered on female characters, similar in style to "Bad Moms" but without the parental element, focusing instead on a solitary woman's experiences. To prepare yourself for what you're getting into, picture comedians whose personal lives you wouldn't want to know and Chris Pratt wearing a fake belly – that gives you an idea of the nature of the film’s humor. It has a surprising charm thanks to Anna Faris and Chris Evans (known as Captain America and Johnny Storm), who assist each other with their schemes while trying to improve their situations. The movie embraces the kind of predictable, formulaic elements often criticized in romantic comedies—and it acknowledges this itself—but executes them effectively; I found it genuinely funny, and it explores a premise reminiscent of the kissing sequence in "Just My Luck." While the story is silly, it's enjoyable, and perhaps my fondness for Anna Faris plays a role, but she’s really what makes the movie work, and when something is well-made, I generally find myself appreciating it.
