It’s enjoyable and something I would happily watch again, and I feel comfortable suggesting it to others. The film shares some issues with Mel Gibson’s "What Women Want," but in my opinion, this is a superior take and a successful update. It also works well as a reimagining centered on Black characters. Taraji P. Henson delivers a strong performance that holds the movie together; there are plenty of funny moments and scenes that really grab your attention. The film’s message isn't entirely clear, seeming to suggest that women must adopt masculine traits to succeed in traditionally male spaces, though it ultimately appears to be more about challenging that very notion of a "man's world." It was an entertaining experience; my only reservation is that the central character doesn’t immediately come across as someone you want to root for.
