The idea behind a horror movie born from supernatural origins holds considerable promise for generating fear. However, the screenplay doesn't manage to capitalize on that potential. The film’s most significant weakness lies in its script’s inconsistency and lack of clear focus. It begins with some degree of appeal but then becomes entangled within its own bizarre and perplexing realm, relying heavily on sudden shocks and unsettling noises. Essentially, it seems to strain for cleverness when a more straightforward method would have been much more effective. Fortunately, the performances are acceptable, the visuals create an atmospheric and unsettling mood, though these positives aren't sufficient to compensate for its noticeable flaws. Ultimately, this is a disappointing and perplexing experience. 3/10.
