I decided to watch this movie simply because I was in the mood for seeing some action involving firearms. It delivers on that front; there are indeed scenes of people shooting guns. Johnny Strong has a memorable presence, and he performs an impressive cliff jump filmed with a GoPro—though they don’t really utilize much of that footage. There seem to be a lot of films lately centered around male characters and their relationships with children. The plot progresses through foreseeable events and illogical choices, all while featuring guns. If you're expecting something along those lines, then this is exactly what you will find.
