Wardriver functions as an atmospheric thriller, proving more effective as a drama centered on its characters than as a fast-paced heist film. Certain viewers may find the measured pace somewhat slow, and there are moments where the production quality isn't entirely consistent; however, the performances delivered by Dane DeHaan and Sasha Calle are noteworthy enough to make experiencing it worthwhile. The narrative explores how our most personal behaviors can lead to significant repercussions in a world that’s constantly linked, suggesting that genuine atonement involves moving beyond digital spaces and embracing openness.
