It feels like this could be the final installment that genuinely qualifies as a film. While technically a TV movie, it’s still an actual motion picture. The subsequent releases seem to simply exploit the brand and the ability of Jean-Claude and Dolph to earn money with brief appearances on set. This one really is a movie, though not particularly well made. It possesses elements like a storyline, however illogical, characters, development, and a sense of urgency. It's not entirely unpleasant, considering its nature. It’s unfortunate that the series declined in quality after this point. I was glad to see Bill involved; he’s a welcome presence.
