It’s hard to feel strongly either way about *'Unidentified Flying Oddball'*. The premise has potential, but the movie doesn't manage to become particularly captivating, and the performers don’t leave much of an impression. Dennis Dugan’s portrayal of Tom doesn’t resonate with me; his character seems too accepting of events, particularly early on—there’s a lack of surprise or reaction that I find strange considering what happens. Jim Dale, who was great in 1978's *'Hot Lead and Cold Feet'*, is disappointing here. Kenneth More does an acceptable job as King Arthur. Ultimately, the film is unremarkable. It’s fortunate that it concludes after just 93 minutes.
