This crime story, Two Hands, is a straightforward yet insightful look at its impact on young people in Australia, capturing that distinctive Australian feel. The film benefits from a delightful performance by the then-young Heath Ledger, contributing to an overall excellent experience. It’s my pick for the greatest Australian movie ever made. I haven't seen Ledger deliver anything quite as memorable since, though Bryan Brown really shines in the role of Pando. David Field, playing Acko, is also exceptionally good and close behind. Absolutely wonderful!
