The director’s cut, now called "B'Twixt Now & Sunrise," is surprisingly a bit shorter than its 2011 version. It functions as a dreamlike experience filled with unsettling and bizarre imagery; however, these visuals aren't enhanced by the film’s dated, low-budget digital appearance—the technology has advanced considerably since then. Despite this, there are many positives to appreciate, including the horror elements, literary allusions, and the performances of the actors involved. And naturally, Francis Ford Coppola films are generally worth seeing, particularly those that aren't as widely known; I personally found "Youth Without Youth," his film about reverse aging, more enjoyable than the much more famous “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.”
