It feels like a product made quickly to capitalize on the holiday season, but because it maintains the charm of the first Trolls film and includes the initial impressive cast, it’s enjoyable and lighthearted. The musical numbers are memorable, and it probably won’t bother you too much even if you only view it annually—though that's unlikely if your children are as enthusiastic about Trolls as mine are.
