The film boasts a talented cast comprised of attractive, capable performers. The initial campfire sequence does a commendable job of introducing the characters, featuring dialogue that’s easy to follow and allowing viewers to quickly understand the main players. Sadly, these are essentially the only positive aspects of the movie. A significant issue is the relentlessly shaky and zooming camera work, which makes it genuinely difficult to sit through. The editing feels jarring and uneven, preventing any real sense of audience involvement. As someone who enjoys the Saw franchise and its focus on intricate puzzles, I was eager to see how they would handle the story’s outlandish concept—bomb vests that transfer remaining time upon being detonated—and resolve the inevitable logistical and continuity challenges. However, due to the poor camerawork, I'd honestly prefer reading about it rather than watching it unfold onscreen.
