While it initially gives the impression of being a typical ghost ship narrative—a group of attractive individuals facing considerable danger—the film turns out to be something far more involved. It's an intricate work which really seems to require another look to completely understand the layered details. Stunning visuals emphasize some of the suggestive imagery, reinforcing the dreamlike quality of what’s happening. As the story unfolds, it insists on your full focus to truly comprehend the underlying psychological elements at play. 8/10
