Drawing inspiration from a beloved tale, this adaptation of "Treasure Island" reimagines Jim Hawkins's journey aboard a space galleon filled with fantastical elements. He forms a connection with the cyborg cook Silver, and together they encounter numerous dangers en route to Treasure Planet, where Jim discovers his companion’s true nature. The film delivers a solid adventure narrative; the voice acting is enjoyable, bringing energy to the playful characters, and while the animation isn't as sharp or intricate as I might have hoped, it effectively propels the story forward. It doesn't quite reach the heights of the classic Robert Newton version from 1950, but it remains a worthwhile and diverting experience.
