The performances are strong, and the visuals are impressive; it has the feel of a much more expensive production. While the premise isn’t entirely new, Worthington delivers a solid performance, managing to elevate the material he's given. I’m probably not being completely objective because I enjoy his work, but he handles the role effectively, as does everyone else in the cast. I anticipated something smaller and less polished, given the familiar faces involved, so it was a nice surprise. The narrative unfolds at a measured pace, making it worthwhile to see, even though there isn’t much action and the storyline occasionally feels protracted. It offers an alternative perspective on the story of a veteran struggling to readjust after experiencing trauma during wartime.
