Much of what 'Totally Under Control' presents isn’t exactly secret, as a lot of the details are already available to the public. I found myself frequently recalling past disclosures while watching it. As with any well-made documentary, the film organizes this information and arranges it into an understandable sequence, showing how one misstep naturally creates another. This proves to be its strongest point – at a time when events seem chaotic and change rapidly, it’s helpful to have a reminder of what has already happened. 'Totally Under Control' may not become a classic, but it feels important at this particular moment.
