Prepare yourself – you’re in for some truly wild experiences, particularly if you haven't encountered anything quite so unrestrained before. The tagline mentioning "moderate violence" isn't entirely inaccurate; there aren't any graphic scenes of gore or gruesome deaths. However – SPOILER ALERT – characters meet their ends through inventive (and rather ridiculous) methods involving falling debris and other clever devices. The latter portion of this complete madness feels like a frantic combination of Pulp Fiction, The Blues Brothers, and Monty Python—nothing that unfolds is believable, and that’s precisely the point! There's an abundance of joyful silliness, but it also possesses a solid moral compass and avoids permanently eliminating any of the various antagonists (extra credit for what I thought was an incredibly clever use of a church steeple!). Honestly, I didn't think I would enjoy this film, but here we are.
