I would have been quite upset had I viewed the preview beforehand. Now, regarding the movie itself. It's a Spanish-language film with subtitles, but that didn't diminish my enjoyment. The setup is well done and inventive. There was one point where I correctly anticipated a minor plot development, though there were many more surprises I hadn’t foreseen, reinforcing how fortunate I am to have skipped the trailer. I suspect this was a production with limited resources; don’t anticipate elaborate special effects or a large cast. It simply focuses on narrating the story. I did find that Hector occasionally made some rather questionable choices, but I gave him a pass because without those moments, we'd be watching a dull film lasting only about thirty minutes!
