Their investigation uncovers a large camera inside his home, along with numerous photographs of their living room taken by this device, which seemingly captures images of events before they occur. Hesitant to meddle with what’s to come, they begin recreating the scenes depicted in the photos, hoping to prevent misfortune and concerned that the inventor might have suffered consequences for trying to change destiny. The situation becomes more complex when they decide to exploit the machine's capabilities for financial gain. The film is enjoyable overall, supported by a smart and well-constructed screenplay, promising ninety minutes of quality entertainment, though it isn’t entirely devoid of familiar tropes or predictable scenarios—like the romantic entanglement and betrayal among the friends.
