This action film, *The Wrecking Crew*, manages to be watchable because of its lively feel and Ángel Manuel Soto’s direction, which highlights the impressive physical stunts. It doesn’t break new ground, but it provides two hours of straightforward entertainment. The action sequences are well-done, and Jason Momoa and Dave Bautista have a strong presence; however, they're undermined by a script that feels generic and like it was created by an automated process. Ultimately, the actors' appeal pulls through, demonstrating that even a predictable story can be salvaged by a compelling pairing of performers.
